Banasura Sagar Dam, which impounds the Karamanathodu tributary of the Kabini River, is part of the Indian Banasurasagar Project consisting of a dam and a canal project started in 1979.

MEENMUTTY FALLS

Meenmutty Falls is located 29 km from Kalpetta in Wayanad District in the state of Kerala, India. It is a three-tiered waterfall with a height of 300 metres. Meenmutty is a combination of Malayalam words Meen and Mutty.
KANTHANPARA FALLS

Kanthanpara is a quaint little waterfall in Wayanad. The cool, sparkling waters at this lesser-known destination are sure to soothe all who wish to rejuvenate in a silent environment
